TrailBright – Live Online Training Courses and Workshops
1. About Us
TrailBright is a UK-based training and consultancy business providing live online training courses and workshops.

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and participation in any TrailBright live online course or training programme.
By booking a course, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Course means any live online training, workshop, bootcamp or session delivered by TrailBright.
- You / Customer means the individual or organisation purchasing the Course.
- Consumer means an individual purchasing outside of business purposes.
- Business Customer means a company or individual purchasing in the course of business.
3. Course Description and Delivery
Courses are delivered live online using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
TrailBright offers both:
- single live training sessions, and
- multi-session courses or bootcamps delivered over multiple dates.
Each course description will outline:
- session dates and times
- duration
- delivery format
- any prerequisites
Access details will be sent by email after successful payment.
You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and technology to participate.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
- TrailBright is not currently VAT registered. VAT is therefore not charged.
- If VAT registration becomes applicable in the future, this will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- TrailBright does not store your card details.
- Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.
5. Booking Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
A binding contract is formed once this confirmation is issued.
6. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK & EU)
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of booking.
6.1 Before the Course Starts
If you cancel within 14 days and the course has not yet started, you will receive a full refund.
6.2 Courses Starting Within 14 Days
If the course begins within 14 days of purchase, by booking you:
- request immediate access to the course, and
- acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected.
If you cancel after the course has started but before it is fully delivered, TrailBright may retain payment for the proportion of the course already delivered.
Once a course has been fully delivered, no refund is due.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

7. Business Customers
Cooling-off rights do not apply to business-to-business purchases.
For business customers:
- all bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
- attendee substitutions may be made with prior written notice up to 24 hours before the course start time
8. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a live session does not entitle you to a refund.
Access was provided whether or not you chose to attend.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, slides, recordings, frameworks and content are the intellectual property of TrailBright.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your personal learning only.
You may not:
- share materials with non-attendees
- record sessions without permission
- reproduce or resell content
Breach of this clause may result in removal from the course without refund.

10. Participant Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully during live sessions.
TrailBright reserves the right to mute or remove participants who:
- behave disruptively
- use abusive or discriminatory language
- interfere with learning for others
In such cases, access may be terminated without refund.
11. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Courses are educational in nature.
TrailBright does not guarantee:
- specific results
- productivity gains
- business outcomes
Results vary depending on individual circumstances and application.
12. No Professional Advice
Training is provided for general educational purposes only.
Nothing within a course constitutes legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Subject to the above, TrailBright's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
TrailBright is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Force Majeure
TrailBright is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- platform outages
- internet failure
- illness
Where possible, sessions will be rescheduled.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
Details of how your data is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Live sessions are always recorded for training delivery and replay access for enrolled participants only.
Recordings will not be reused for future cohorts or for public marketing purposes without separate explicit consent.
Participation implies consent to recording.

We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
TrailBright may update these Terms from time to time.
The version in force at the time of booking will apply to your purchase.
19. Minimum Numbers
TrailBright reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum participant numbers are not met.
In such cases, you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer to an alternative date.
20. Course Changes
TrailBright may make reasonable changes to course content, agenda, timing or delivery method where necessary.
Any changes will not materially affect the learning outcomes of the course.
21. Right to Refuse Service
TrailBright reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.
Where this occurs, a full refund will be provided.
22. Accessibility and Adjustments
If you require reasonable adjustments to participate in a course, please contact us in advance.
TrailBright will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs.
23. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your booking, please contact TrailBright before initiating a payment chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in removal of access to course materials.
24. Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend TrailBright courses.
